Prime Minister Imran Khan arrived in Peshawar on Friday to review the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) coronavirus situation.
He is assisted by the Special Assistant Sania Nishtar, Asad Umar and Shehryar Afridi on Poverty Alleviation and Social Security. The chief minister of KP Mahmood Khan and governor of KP received the PM.
He will examine the situation in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, as well as the provincial government’s measures to curb coronavirus spread. He also visited Medical Complex in Hayatabad.
KP registered an estimated 620 confirmed coronavirus cases. Coronavirus has claimed 22 lives in the province.
