Plea seeking stay order against ‘Mere Paas Tum Ho’ rejected

Plea seeking stay order against Mere Paas Tum Ho has been rejected. According to details, civil judge Naila Ayub dismissed the plea seeking injunction against the last episode of drama.

ARY Digital presented Mian Irfan Akram and Waqas Ahmed Aziz Advocate as its lawyers.

Naila Ayub said,

“Drama is unlikely to have any adverse effect on society.”

As per the court, the censor board has also granted the permission to the drama to be aired for public.

During the case hearing, Naila Ayub said that the applicant’s case does not constitute an injunction on this occasion.

Earlier this week, a petition was filed against Mere Paas Tum Ho’s last episode. A woman identified as Maham had filed a plea through her lawyer to stop the last episode from airing.

“If the applicant had a complaint, she should have consult the relevant forum. There was no need of filing petition against that episode which was not released yet,” said Mian Irfan advocate.

The last episode of drama serial Mere Paas Tum Ho will be aired on 25th January, 2020.
