PINS neuroradiology dept shuts down after nine staffers test positive for coronavirus
Nine people working at the Punjab Institute of Neuro Sciences tested positive for the novel coronavirus.
The patients are comprised of five physicians, one department head, and four paramedical staff members.
The hospital authorities then agreed to shut down their Diagnostics and Interventional Neuroradiology department for 10 days.
So far, Punjab has recorded 22,037 confirmed cases of COVID-19 while the number of deaths is 381.
