On Wednesday, Peshawar Zalmi’s chairman Javed Afridi hosted Indian singer-actor Gippy Grewal. Afridi gifted him Zalmi’s jacket and an autographed bat.
Gippy Grewal came to Pakistan to pay homage at Nankana Sahib Gurudwara at Kartarpur and visited his ancestral home in Mansoora. While talking to Pakistani media, Gippy expressed his happiness with the hospitality he has received from the people.
“Pakistani hospitality wins hearts”, he expressed.
On the other hand, Javed Afridi said that meeting with Gippy went well and hoped that more Indian actors will visit Pakistan. According to Afridi, international players, actors and singers bring countries closer.
As a gift, Afridi presented the Indian singer with various gifts including Peshawar Zalmi’s jacket and an autographed bat.
