The long 169 pages verdict includes a point in which it is clearly mentioned, if Musharraf dies before his punishment, as he is battling for his health in Dubai’s hospital, his corpse would be hang for three days at D-Chowk, Islamabad.

This decision has enraged Pakistanis, and this is how they are reacting.

This is PATHETIC and INSANE and something PERSONAL.#MusharafVerdict pic.twitter.com/AM118qZlLw

This clearly shows that personal scores are being settled in extremely unpleasent way. In my view this Judge needs help from a full bench of physiatrists. I have never seen such harsh judgement against rapist, terrorist and looters etc #MusharafVerdict pic.twitter.com/rSRAsmb7VI

This is absolutely and completely insane pic.twitter.com/qSeXYYPtp5

This Para shows the mental state of judges 🙏
Oh come on Islam doesn't allow this type of act…#MusharafVerdict pic.twitter.com/C3fHyKorCo

If Musharraf dies before he is hanged, his corpse be dragged to D-chowk and be hanged for three days
Seriously..

This is staggering, utterly inhumane!
Against the human rights, against the society’s norms AND against the legal system…there’s nothing relevant to law here!

Page 66 of the special court verdict against Pervez Musharraf says that if fugitive found dead his corpse be dragged to the D-Chowk Islamabad and be hanged for 3 days but I think it’s difficult to implement the verdict because “fugitive” is still very strong pic.twitter.com/RVhJkfwANN

Those shocked at ‘hang Musharraf in D-Chowk’ should remember how they clapped when Imran Khan called 4 ‘I will hang, strangle them’, Faisal Vawda called 4 public hanging of 5000 people & Sheikh Rasheed called for ‘hang, burn, destroy’ and a whole party advocated public lynching. pic.twitter.com/oLMcsvHLKc

Unbelievable! A Judge has demanded that Gen. Musharraf's dead body should be hanged at D-Chowk; Judge has committed "Contempt of Islam" and Govt. should immediately file a Reference in Supreme Judicial Council for his dismissal. https://t.co/qwfFb2t11M via @YouTube

Detailed verdict against #Musharraf states that if he dies, his corpse should be brought to D-Chowk and be hanged for 03 days.
Inhumane! What kind of judiciary we have? No respect for the dead? #impeachment pic.twitter.com/Ohp7XXiSFY

Very harsh…#Musharraf pic.twitter.com/jQpePMcDfC

پھانسی سے پہلے مشرف فوت ہوجائیں تو لاش کو ڈی چوک لایا جائے اور 3 دن تک لٹکایا جائے۔

Very Very Harsh! #Musharaf pic.twitter.com/RVjDBw0iZq
