Exploitation Day is being observed all over the world including Pakistan today to show solidarity with the Kashmiri people.

On August 5 last year, India illegally annexed Kashmir by removing its special status, as well as making an illegal attempt to separate Jammu and Ladakh from Kashmir, which has since intensified across the valley. Curfew is also enforced in IOJ&K.

The United Nations has made it clear in its resolutions that the future of Kashmir will be decided by the Kashmiris themselves through a referendum.

Today, August 5, marks the one-year anniversary of India’s illegal move, which is being observed all over the world, including Pakistan, as a day of ‘exploitation’ to show solidarity with Kashmiris.

The government and all political parties of the country are also united to show solidarity with Kashmiris.

Prime Minister Imran Khan will visit Muzaffarabad today to express solidarity with Kashmiris on the occasion of Exploitation Day and will address the Azad Kashmir Legislative Assembly.
