Lahore: The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), in its governing council meeting, ensured that the remaining PSL 5 matches will occur in Pakistan rather than the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

As indicated by a local newspaper, the council dismissed the proposition of organizing the knockout stage in UAE because of high costs. With the budget which has already been approved, PCB will intend to culminate PSL 2020 in November in Pakistan.

PCB is additionally arranging another option if the competition’s completion wouldn’t be conceivable because of the current COVID-19 pandemic.

PSL 5’s take out stage was canceled after the coronavirus flare-up in the country.
