Pakistan’s team squad, changes can be made today: Sources claim

According to reports, the Pakistan cricket team’s management is expected to make crucial choices today on alterations to the national squad for the forthcoming ICC Men’s T20 World Cup.
As per sources, the chief selector would meet with interim head coach Saqlain Mushtaq today to discuss the adjustments in light of the players’ performances in the ongoing National T20 Cup.
Chief Selector Muhammad Wasim is set to conduct key meetings today to consider adjustments to the national team for the World Cup.

According to reports, at least one or two changes to the world cup lineup cannot be ruled out, and management is also considering boosting the number of players sent to the bio-secure bubble for the T20 World Cup.
Cricketers chosen for the ICC tournament will join the exclusive world cup bubble on Friday.
The squad members will continue to compete in the National T20 Cup till October 7, Thursday (today).
Pakistan’s Cricket Team squad for ICC Men’s T20 World Cup was announced originally on 6th September by chief Selector Wasim Khan.
The current 15-player squad includes five batters (Asif Ali, Babar Azam, Khushdil Shah, Mohammad Hafeez and Sohaib Maqsood), two wicketkeeper-batters (Azam Khan and Mohammad Rizwan), four all-rounders (Imad Wasim, Mohammad Nawaz, Mohammad Wasim Jnr and Shadab Khan) and four fast bowlers (Haris Rauf, Hasan Ali, Mohammad Hasnain and Shaheen Shah Afridi).
Fakhar Zaman, Usman Qadir and Shahnawaz Dahani were named as travelling reserves.
People on social media were not pleased with the squad selection and they demanded changes being made in the squad.
