Pakistan’s government has agreed to bring back stranded Pakistanis in Bangkok through a special Thai Airways flight service.
Civil Aviation spokesman Abdul Sattar Khokhar has confirmed a special flight for the stranded Pakistanis to be brought home from the Thai capital by an international airline.
The flight was granted a one-time permit to join Pakistan.
It flight will arrive with at least 60 passengers on-board in Islamabad and is set to reach tonight.
“In order to facilitate the stranded pax at Bangkok airport, GoP has decided to allow operation of one flight by Thai Airways to Islamabad. It will be a special flight to Isb with about 60 pax on board. Flight is expected to arrive at IIAP at 2220 hours on 28th March 2020.”
