Pakistanis celebrate DG ISPR Asif Ghafoor’s birthday by wishing him on social media platforms. Asif Ghafoor is Director-General of Inter-Services Public Realations (ISPR), spokesperson of Pakistan Armend Forces since December 26,2016.
Known for his sarcastic replies to Indians, DG ISPR has served on various staff, instructional and command assignments including Brigade Major Infantry Brigade, Assistant Military Secretary MS Branch, GSO-I Military Operations Directorate, GHQ, Director Military Operations in Military Operations Directorate, GHQ.
Asif Ghafoor was one of the faculties of Command and Staff College, Quetta and commanded his parent unit in Operational Al-Mizan, Artillery Brigade on Line of Control, Infantry Brigade on Eastern Border and a Division at Swat, Malakand.
