Pakistan win first Test against Bangladesh by innings, 44 runs

RAWALPINDI: Pakistan beat Bangladesh by an innings and 44 runs in the first cricket Test match at Rawalpindi on Monday leading the two match series one-nil.

For Pakistan, Naseem Shah grabbed four wickets in second innings. Naseem was also awarded the Man of the Match.

Earlier on 3rd day of the Test match on Sunday, teenage paceman Naseem Shah became the youngest player to record a Test hat-trick.

On the fourth day of Rawalpindi test against Pakistan, Bangladesh resumed their second innings at the overnight score of 126 for a loss of six wickets on Monday.

Batting twice, Bangladesh scored 233 and 168. While, Pakistan in their first innings were all out at 445 runs. For Pakistan, Shan Masood and Babar Azam scored centuries. 

The second Test will be played from April 5 in Karachi.
