Pakistan to establish first media university in Islamabad

The Federal Information Minister, Fawad Chaudhry has announced to open the first-ever media university in Islamabad’s vacant building.
According to Fawad Chaudhry, the university will be opened in Hotel building in Islamabad which has been vacant from the past eight years.
The hotel is comprised of 52-rooms and was constructed at cost of millions.
Moreover, the government will bring British professors and the university will run by Public-private partnership.
The university will focus into providing animation, sound and lighting education.
He further revealed that, Prime Minister Imran Khan has directed all ministries to utilise the dead and unused assets.
