Pakistan records 46 deaths, 1,644 covid-19 cases in 24 hours

Worldwide coronavirus death toll rises to above 0.31 million

Pakistan has reported 46 coronavirus deaths and 1,644 other people have been tested positive for the novel corona virus in 24 hours.

According to the National Command and Operation Centre (NCOC), the death rate has surged to 11,560. Whereas, 2,167 patients, who contracted covid-19, have been recovered.

2,133 patients are still in critical condition. However, the total tally of active cases is 32,726.

On the contrary, 496,745 people have been recovered from covid-19, while 7,848,316 samples have been tested so far.
