Pakistan ready to host U-19 bilateral series after 15 years

Bangladesh U-19 cricket team will tour Pakistan this year for Test and ODI series and this will be the first official international U-19 series on home ground after 15 years.
According to the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), Bangladesh U-19 team will visit Pakistan for one four-day and five limited-over games, all the matches of the tour will be played at the Iqbal Stadium in Faisalabad.
The official schedule of this series will be announced this week. The series is likely to be played in mid-November.
This will be the first official U-19 series on Pakistan’s home ground since 2007, the last series being played in Karachi between Pakistan and Bangladesh in 2007.
Afghanistan’s U19 team, though, toured Pakistan in 2014 but the games didn’t carry official Youth ODI status.
It is rumored that the top performers of the Pakistan Junior League can be given a chance in the under-19 cricket series between Pakistan and Bangladesh.
