TAFTAN: The border between Pakistan and Iran has been reopened for uninterrupted mutual trade through Mirjaveh from Iranian side.

According to official sources, following a direction by Federal Interior Ministry, mutual trade has been resumed with strict implementation of SOP’s and guidelines.

Mango export to Iran from Pakistan has been resumed.

On Jun 6, Pakistan and Afghanistan-shared Chaman border had been reopened for Pakistani nationals returning to the country on foot.

The people returning are screened and tested for the novel coronavirus, and then quarantined in isolation camps set up in Chaman by the army.
