Pakistan begins walk-in vaccination for citizens above 65

The National Command and Operation Centre (NCOC) said on Friday (today), that the vaccinations for citizens aged above 65 have been started. They can walk in to any assigned vaccination centre for inoculation against covid-19.

The vaccination will start from 3rd April (tomorrow) and the citizens are required to take along their CNICs to get themselves vaccinated.

Moreover, the Planning and Development Minister Asad Umar said ‘There is no deviation in positivity ratio in children as compared to previous waves statistics,” while chairing a meeting with NCOC.

The NCOC has asked the provincial governments to make sure they meet their vaccination targets.
