RAWALPINDI: Pakistan Army troops shot down an Indian spying quadcopter on Sunday night in Hot Spring Sector along the Line of Control (LoC).
According to the media wing of armed forces, the Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR), the quadcopter had intruded 850 meters on Pakistan’s side of the LOC.

It said, “This is 9th Indian quadcopter shot down by Pakistan Army troops this year.”
On Jun 6, The Pakistan Army had said it shot down another Indian spy quadcopter in Khanjar Sector along the Azad Kashmir Control Line.
According to ISPR, the Indian quadcopter had intruded 500 meters into Pakistani territory. It was the eighth Indian spy drone that Pakistan shot down this year. Azad Kashmir is separated from India-held Kashmir by the heavily-militarised de-facto border.
