Pakistan Army ready to thwart any mishap from India, warns PM Khan

PIND DADAN KHAN: Prime Minister Imran Khan has said that the Pakistan Army is ready to thwart any mishap that India throws at Pakistan. He added that Modi’s RSS government is planning to launch a strike in Kashmir and the Armed Forces of Pakistan will give it a proper response.
Addressing Thursday’s ceremony at Pind Dadan Khan’s Jalalpur Irrigation Canal, he said that the people have protested Modi’s policies against the Muslims.

He said Modi is using schemes to divert attention of the world from the Kashmir issue. Imran referenced General Bajwa saying that the army is ready to protect the country and respond to India’s mishaps in a befitting way.
He added that India has been consistently involved in the atrocities occurring in Jammu Kashmir. He maintained that Pakistan will not necessarily have to play a role. “The people in India will stand against Modi’s government and eliminate his fascist rule.”
He mentioned that Modi has imprisoned thousands of innocent people from the Muslim community.
The PM expressed sorrow over the deaths of the innocent at the Line of Control by Indian troops.
In regards to corruption, he said that the previous governments took loans worth billions and sabotaged the country’s economy.
“The last one year has been the most difficult one for the country but the government managed to rescue it from the economic crisis.”
He said the year 2020 will be a year of prosperity for Pakistan and a difficult year for the corrupted.
He remarked, “No country can progress without eliminating corruption.” He said, “It is now time for Pakistan to develop and prosper.”
The prime minister said, “Those criticizing the government fear that they will go to jail if this government remains in rule.”
PM Imran said people are caught in America even after 30 years for their involvement in corruption.
The PM said that the canal will fulfil the need of water for drinking purposes and for irrigation. Jalalpur Irrigation Canal will change the future of Jhelum and other areas. He added that such projects are needed for the welfare and betterment of the people.

The Jalalpur Canal Project will be finished in four years at a cost of fifty billion rupees. The 116-kilometre long canal, off-taking from Rasul Barrage, will transform the economy of the rural backward areas of Jhelum and Khushab. The project had been much awaited, but the present government has brought it to life. Besides the purpose of agriculture, the project will also provide water to Kheora Tehsil.
The irrigation canal will prove to be trans-formative for the entire area in regards to improving its economy. The canal will irrigate 175,000 acres of land.
