RAWALPINDI: Pakistan Army has won international military drill competition known as ‘Pace Sticking Competition’ held at Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, United Kingdom.
The Pakistan Military Academy (PMA) represented Pakistan Army in the event.
“This is 3rd consecutive year that Pakistan won this competition,” said the media wing of the armed forces, the Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR).
Pace Sticking Competition is held in the UK since 1928 with its history linked to the Royal Regiment of Artillery.
A statement of Pakistan High Commission London issued here said, while displaying the highest standards of drill, turnout and discipline, the team from Pakistan Military Academy won this competition for the third consecutive time.
