ISLAMABAD: The Pakistan Air Force (PAF) jets are participating in the Royal International Air Tattoo 2021 show (RIAT), which is being held in London, on Saturday (today).
The Royal International Air Tattoo is the world’s largest military air show, held annually over the third weekend in July, in support of The Royal Air Force Charitable Trust.
The Pakistan Air Force has been participating in the RIAT since 2016. This year, the PAF jets will be displaying their skills along with 70 other air forces of the world.
On July 10, students from various Universities of Lahore had spent a day with the Pakistan Army troops at Lahore Garrison.
According to the media wing of armed forces, Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR), the programme was specifically organized to enlighten students on routine functioning of Pakistan Army, its organization and defence capability.
The students had evinced keen interest while riding on tanks and armoured vehicles. They had also praised the state of morale, commitment and professional competence of the Pakistan Army.
