Oxygen supply capacity in the country is now under stress, says Asad Umar

ISLAMABAD: The Head of the National Command and Operation Centre (NCOC), Asad Umar, revealed on Monday (today) that the oxygen supply in Pakistan capacity is very limited in the third wave of coronavirus.
Taking it to Twitter, Asad Umar said that , Hospital fill up continuing to grow. Critical care patients now above 4500, which is 30% higher than the peak in June last year.Oxygen supply capacity in the country is now under stress”.
“Sop compliance remains low. We are making a huge mistake by not following sop’s,” he further added.
Earlier, Pakistan has reported 5,152 positive cases of covid-19 with 72 deaths in the past 24 hours, according to the National Command and Operation Centre (NCOC).
