Only 35% of Pakistanis consider Corona a threat to themselves: Survey
Ninety-two percent of Pakistanis are aware of the deadly coronavirus, which is spreading rapidly around the world, but only 35 percent consider it a threat to themselves.
A recent survey by research firm IPSOS has alerted policymakers. According to the company’s survey, in April 2020, the rate of coronavirus risk was 50%, which has now risen to 35%.
On the other hand, the survey also found a decline in the rate of parents who are satisfied with sending their children to school.
It may be recalled that the second wave of Corona virus has started in Pakistan and now the total number of people infected with the virus is more than 357,000 while the number of deaths due to Corona has reached 7,141.
