Nepali mountaineer climbs all 14 world’s highest peaks
A professional mountaineer from Nepal, Nirmal Purja climbed all 14 highest world peaks and set a world record.
Previous month, Muhammad Ali Sadpara, Pakistani high altitude mountaineer scaled the dangerous Manaslu peak of Nepal. But this time, Purja set the bar way too high by climbing all 14 world’s highest mountains in just seven months.
As per reports, Purja started off with the Everest, Lhotse, Makalu, Annapurna, Dhaulagiri and Kanchenjunga in the beginning. In the second phase, Purja climbed the globally famous Nanga Parbat and all the other mountains above 8000 meters.
