Living a healthy life for masses usually has never been so important until before outbreak of COVID-19. The novel coronavirus has ravaged the world’s economy, health and lifestyle. This is such a viral infection which does not have solid specific symptoms. In fact, in many cases the patient does not show any symptom at all while suffering from the disease. With every new research, facts and precautions about it are changing. Lately, the World Health Organisation, following a result of a fresh research, admitted that the virus was airborne.

Unfortunately, no vaccine could so far be found to treat COVID-19. Nevertheless, a large number of people are recovering because of their strong immune system. People with co-morbidities, specially those suffering from diabetes and cardiac diseases, are at more risk of dying because of their weak immune system.

Individuals, in general, and those in quarantine or self-isolation because of coronavirus, in particular, are advised to eat a balanced diet, stay hydrated, do exercise, get enough sleep and do not take stress for staying healthy. They need to build defenses of their bodies stronger.
