ISLAMABAD: The National Command and Operation Centre (NCOC) on Saturday announced vaccination policy for Pakistanis working abroad on work visa, students studying abroad on study visa and registered seafarers.
According to the details issued by the NCOC, all Pakistanis over 18 years, who have got work visa for the first time, or already working abroad and have come back on leave or for any reason can get vaccinated as per following procedure.
They may walk-in to any coronavirus vaccination center, show passport and visa or iqama to the staff. The vaccination center staff will check passport and visa / iqama, make data entry and administer vaccine.
The Sindh Health Department had already announced vaccination for the people above 18 years old from last Friday (May 21) who needed it for travelling abroad.
“From 21st May onwards, the citizens having valid student visa, iqama or work permit can get vaccinated from any Corona vaccination centre, without age restrictions. Just show your passport and valid visa and you will be vaccinated,” the provincial health department had said in a statement.
