Nazim Jokhio murder case, MPA Jam Awais physical remand extended by court

As per the media reports, Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) MPA Jam Awais was presented in the court on Monday (today) after three days of physical remand in the murder case of Nazim Jokhio. The court has extended the remand duration of the accused.
When MPA Jam Awais was brought to the court, the lawyers present in the court protested against the accused and expressed their displeasure through loud slogans.
The Malir district court has directed the investigation officer to present the accused in the next court hearing along with all the progress being made in the murder case of Nazim Jokhio.

A murder case on October 4 was registered by the police against Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) MPA Jam Awais, Niaz Salar, and other allies. They are alleged by the family of victim Nazim Jokhio’s murder.
Nazim Jokiho, an individual who posted his recorded video of PPP MPA’s guest hunting the Houbara Bustard bird in the vicinity of Thatta city. Nazim asked the people sitting in the car with a foreign registration number plate that why they are doing here and why the road has been blocked by them? To which a verbal quarrel started and also tried to snatch his mobile phone. He somehow managed to get away from them and later he posted the video of the situation on social media platforms which was seen by many.
On October 3, the tortured dead body of Nazim Jokhio was found by the police in the Memon Goth farmhouse owned by Jam Awais. The dead body was sent to the hospital for postmortem.
It should be mentioned that in a case hearing on October 5 about the murder case of Nazim Jokhio, the Malir court had given 3-day physical remand of PPP MPA JAM Awais along with two other accused.
