Nawaz trying to incite army personnel for rebellion against their leadership: Imran Khan

SWAT: Prime Minister Imran Khan on Friday said former prime minister Nawaz Sharif was trying to incite army personnel for rebellion against their leadership.

Imran Khan said this in response to Nawaz’s speech in Gujranwala during the Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM)’s first public gathering, and after Chairman Pakistan Peoples Party Bilawal Zardari opened up on the matter in an interview with a foreign media house.

“Nawaz Sharif is trying to incite army for rebellion by asking them to change their army chief and DG ISI in a bid to protect his ill-gotten money,” he said addressing a public gathering in Swat after inauguration of issuance of health cards in the region.

The prime minister said Pakistan Muslim League-N Vice President Maryam Nawaz was taking undue advantage of being a woman as we in Pakistan respected women.

On the PDM’s rallies, he said all the robbers of the country were united and they were staging drama.

“I will commit the biggest treachery with my country if I gave them NRO. They realize that I am not going to give then an NRO,” he said adding that the robbers believed that they were above the law. He said the one sitting abroad did acting of ailing.

About tourism in Swat, he said Swat was going to witness an unprecedented prosperity and prosperity would come by opening tourist places in the district.

He also said that the government had embarked on a journey on which a labourer would get his own house.

On health cards, he said Allah Almighty will be happy about Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Mahmood Khan’s issuing health cards for people.

Details of the health cards are as follow: eight people of a family could get treatment on one card, each family could get treatment up to one million rupees every year, no favour would be required to get treatment on the health card, card can be obtained through centres on eligibility and to check eligibility, send your CNIC number on 8500.
