The newly renovated Karachi National Stadium suffered damage in the recent storm of dust that swept through the town.

The raw weather has destroyed the Teflon roofs built at the stadium.

The roofs were built in Germany, and brought via Malaysia to the country, and had been installed ahead of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) this year.

The authorities believed the roof could last till two decades.

The stadium’s exterior wall also collapsed.
