Nailing case: KPK Government announced free psychiatric treatment for a woman

PESHAWAR: The Khyber Pakhtunkhuwan (KPK) government has announced psychiatric treatment for a woman who was allegedly hit in the head with a nail.

Provincial Health Minister Taimur Saleem Jhagra has announced free treatment for the victim.

He said that the woman would be given treatment for mental development and solution of psychological problems.

The health minister said that the psychiatric treatment sessions would be arranged according to the wishes of the affected woman.

It is to be noted that the incident of hitting a nail in the head of a woman in Peshawar came to light on February 8. The nail was removed after an operation at Lady Reading Hospital.

Earlier in the incident, it was reported that a nail was driven into the woman’s head at the request of the perpetrator for male offspring, but later the woman said that the ghosts came while working in the house, I fell in front of the room and got a nail in my head.

The victim’s husband also claimed that the ghosts had driven nail into my wife’s head.
