NA passes resolution condemning unconstitutional orders of the President
The National Assembly has passed a resolution condemning the unconstitutional orders of the President Arif Alvi.
According to details, GDA opposed the resolution against President Dr. Arif Alvi, the resolution was moved by Mohsin Dawar.
According to the resolution, the President issued unconstitutional orders in the matter of appointment of Governor Punjab. The President made unconstitutional use of the office of the Presidency. This House condemns the unconstitutional orders of the Presidency.
In the National Assembly session, Mohsin Dawar said that about 16 students of Pashtun Council have been evicted from Quaid-e-Azam University. The issue of students should be referred to the committee so that their academic year is not wasted.
He said that the President of Pakistan has made a mockery of the Constitution, the President is responsible for the implementation of the Constitution, the role of the President is impartial.
