Multan Sultans stun Qalandars with 7-wicket victory
In the seventh match of the sixth edition of Pakistan Super League (PSL), Multan Sultans have defeated Lahore Qalandars by seven wickets at National Stadium Karachi.
Multan Sultans won the toss and elected to bowl against Lahore Qalandars.
In the first innings, Lahore Qalandars scored 157 runs with the loss of six wickets in 20 overs.
In their innings, Multan sultans finished the target in 17th over while losing three wickets.
From the Multan’s side, the Captain Mohammad Rizwan made76 runs followed by Sohaib Maqsood (61-not out).
In the first innings, Mohammad Hafeez scored a half-century but dismissed after scoring 61 runs. Shahnawaz Dhani and Carlos Brathwaite took two wickets each.
Morever, another match will be played between Peshawar Zalmi and Quetta Gladiators tonight at 8 pm (local time).
