Muhammad Rashid Naseem registers 20 Guinness World Records in 2020

ISLAMABAD: The martial artist and serial record breaker of Pakistan, Muhammad Rashid Naseem has registered 20 Guinness World Records in 2020 and was conferred upon with multiple other awards too.
In spite of the restrictions and hurdles during the Covid-19, Rashid Naseem didn’t step back from producing world records. For his achievements, he is considered to be a pride of Pakistan.
Rashid broke the record of landing the most punches in an hour. Also, he cracked 256 walnuts within one minute with the help of his elbow.
He achieved the record of most martial kicks while wearing 5KG weight on one leg. The most pencils broken with the head in one minute is 103, and that record too was attained by Muhammad Rashid.
Furthermore, he has bagged the record of unscrewing the most bottle caps within 30 seconds.
There are numerous Guinness world records registered by Rashid Naseem and he is looking forward to make and break more records.
Martial arts is one of the toughest sports where the athletes require incredible physical and mental strength and there is a very little margin of fault as well.
