MQM’s Muhammad Adil Siddiqui dies after contracting COVID-19

KARACHI: Former MPA and MQM-Pakistan leader Muhammad Adil Siddiqui passed away in Karachi on Monday. He was 57 years old and a victim of the novel coronavirus.
He started his political career with Muthaida Quami Movement and remained a part of its Rabta Committee . In general election 2013 he was elected as MPA from Sindh Assembly. He also served as a provincial minister.
Adil Siddiqui recently came back to Pakistan after several years of self-exile. He was being treated in a private hospital. According to doctors he died from lung failure as a complication from a novel disease.
