Momina Mustehsan attends Forbes event wearing ‘Kurta-Shalwar’

Singer Momina Mustehsan attended Forbes Power Women’s Summit while wearing a desi attire that grabbed netizens’ attention.
Momina Mustehsan is one of the famous singers of Pakistan. The singer is also very vocal about different social issues like women’s rights, cyberbullying and mental health awareness which is close to her heart.
The artist has also been selected for BBC’s 100 most influential women. Recently, Momina attended the Forbes power Women’s Summit on September 15. The e-invite to the event appears to be the first photograph she uploaded on her Instagram handle. She was seen in the image holding a sign that stated, “Today, it is Pakistan. Tomorrow, it could be your country. #ClimateEmergency”. The global icon’s reference to the recent catastrophic floods in Pakistan was evident in her remark.

The singer also appeared at the Forbes event in which she chose to dress traditionally for such a significant international occasion while donning an all-black desi outfit. The Afreen Afreen actress wore Mardana black Kurta with the colour Shalwar paired it with black heels and minima jewellery. The singer made a very powerful yet classy style statement.

She also attended a number of summit panel talks during this time. The first of them included renowned Hollywood actor Blake Lively on the stage, followed by prestigious fashion house Tory Burch. Comedians, performers, and social media gurus Grace Kuhlenschmidt and Dylan Mulvaney were the final to speak, discussing TikTok popularity with Forbes’ Barbie Ferreira.
