After his back to back striking performances, Pakistani wicket-keeper batsman Mohammad Rizwan has stormed into the top ICC Men’s T20I Player Rankings for batting on Wednesday.
The Pakistan vice-captain was given Man of the Series award for his outstanding batting in three-match T20I series against Zimbabwe in Harare. This is the first time that he made it to the top 10 list.
On the other hand, skipper Babar Azam has been demoted by one place to No 3 from 2.
In T20I Bowlers’ ranking, the Pakistani bowlers could not make it to up to 16 number. Shaheen Afridi is placed on No 17, Faheem Ashraf on No18 and Haris Rauf on No 21.
England hold the top position in team ranking, followed by India, then Australia and after that Pakistan on fourth position.
