Missing American climber found dead

Alex Goldfarb, an American climber, who had gone missing since Saturday, was found dead on Monday after a day-long search.
According to Asghar Ali Porik, the tour organiser: Alex Goldfarb and Zoltan Szlanko had gone to climb the highest Broad Peak, which is considered to be the most dangerous feat by climbers.
Szlanko had returned but Alex had gone missing, after which a rescue team had also been dispatched to the location but no traces of Goldfard were found.
It was assumed that Alex Goldfarb would have fallen from a cliff at Pastore Peak (6,209 metres) situated near Broad Peak (8,047m) and K2 (8,611m) in the Karakoram range.
