 Military helicopter crashes in Columbia, confirms death of 9 soldiers

Military helicopter crashes in Colombia Nine soldiers were killed in the crash. There were 17 people on board the helicopter.

According to the news agency, the Colombian helicopter was engaged in an operation against the guerrilla organization when it crashed. Two soldiers have also gone missing in the accident and an operation has been launched to search for them.

Soldiers injured in the crash were taken to hospital. That was a Black Hawk Helicopter.

The cause of the crash was not immediately known, but the military has launched an investigation into the cause of the crash. Military officials say the helicopter was traveling from the Choko forest area to a military base when it crashed in Caldas.

Two months ago, a Canadian Air Force fighter jet crashed in British Columbia, killing one of the two female pilots.
