75-year-old Khanzada is the oldest serving coolie of Karachi’s Cantt Station, who has been working there since 1969. During his career of 51 years, Khanzada has earned a lot of respect including national recognition as the recipient of award given by the United Nations.

Khanzada now lives in a rented house for Rs 8000 per month. After the death of his wife, he has become alone but that doesn’t affect his passion for his profession.

“I have seen every government and people of every color we lift everyone’s weight but nobody lifts our burden,” says aging Khanzada.
