 MCC reaches Pakistan after 48 years under leadership of Kumar Sangakkara

LAHORE: The Marleybone Cricket Club (MCC) has arrived in Pakistan after 48 years under the leadership of former Sri Lankan captain Kumar Sungakkara.

According to a PCB spokesman, the guest team will practice at Gaddafi Stadium Lahore today, followed by a press conference with Captain Kamarsanga Kara, Chief Executive Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Waseem Khan.

MCC captain Kumar Sungakkara has returned to Pakistan after 11 years. The MCC team, led by the former Sri Lankan captain, will face Lahore Qalandars on February 14.

In addition, the MCC team will face-off against Pakistan Shaheen on February 16 while Northern will play on February 17 and Multan Sultans on February 19.
