Maulana Tariq Jamil discharged from hospital in Canada
Renowned Islamic scholar Maulana Tariq Jameel on Saturday discharged from the hospital after suffering from a heart attack in Canada.
Taking to twitter, Tariq Jamil’s son Yousaf Jamil said: “By the grace of Allah, Maulana Tariq Jamil Sahib has been discharged from the hospital.”
He thanked Maulana’s followers for their prayers and love for the scholar.
Tariq Jamil was admitted to a hospital after suffering from a heart attack in Canada. It was also learnt that Maulana received an angioplasty on Tuesday.
The scholar’s son Yousaf Jamil informed his followers on the microblogging networking site about his father’s condition and that he had been shifted to the hospital.
He was in Canada to attend an event organised by IslamicRelief Canada which is an international charity.
