Maulana Ilyas Qadri donates 6500 bottles of blood to thalassemia patients

Maulana Ilyas Qadri has donated 6,500 bottles of blood from inside his cortege, to counter the mass shortage of blood.
As of now, in Pakistan, the coronavirus pandemic has infected more than 4,500 people, and caused 66 unfortunate deaths.
The Dawat-i-Islami ameer Maulana Ilyas Qadri asked citizens and his followers to donate blood to hospitals. Since much of the blood is used to treat patients with coronavirus these days, the misery of patients with thalassemia was apparent.
In addition, Moulana Ilyaas also promulgated helping our country’s people, who are suffering from Pakistan’s economic meltdown. Maulana Ilyas and his Dawat-i-Islami compatriots contributed more than 6,500 blood bottles in this patrician cause.
The Dawat-i-Islami report card reveals more than 6,500 bags of blood for children suffering from thalassemia as of 5th April 2020.
