The religious scholar Maulana Aun Muhammad Naqvi died at the age of 56, on Thursday, in Karachi.
According to Maulana’s family, he died due to coronavirus and was under treatment in the hospital for a few days.
Moreover, his funeral prayers will be offered after Friday prayers at Imambargah Shah Karbala Trust in Old Rizvia Society. He will be buried in the Wadi-e-Hussain graveyard.
Maulana Aun Muhammad Naqvi was born in Khairpur Mir, Sindh. He studied at Sultan Madrassas and moved to Karachi in a young age.
After his education here, he started reciting Majalis-e-Aza. He was a well-known Khatib as well as the author of more than 10 religious books.
