“Maula Jatt distributors demanding exhibition terms out of industry norms”, says Nueplex cinemas
Bilal Lashari’s mega film “The Legend of Maula Jatt” is not being screened in all the cinemas of Pakistan and Nueplex is one of them.
Today, Taking to Instagram, Nueplex disclosed the fact of not screening the film and blamed Mandviwalla Entertainment who are the distributors and also manages Atrium cinema.
The post on Instagram read, “It is highly unfortunate that Mandviwalla Entertainment who is the distributor of the title The Legend of Maula Jatt and also manages Atrium Cinemas, is asking for exhibition terms which are out of the industry norms”.
The statement further reads, “the rigidness being shown by Mandviwalla Entertainment to screen the film at their site, Atrium Cinemas only”.

“We were hoping for a fairer approach in the future, as we are always here to welcome and screen any Pakistani film with open arms”, the statement concluded.
