Maryam Nawaz alleges Imran Khan sells ‘Graff Diamond Necklace’ worth Rs220 million from Toshakhana

Referring to Imran Khan’s Toshakhana case, PML-N vice-president Maryam Nawaz alleged that Imran Khan’s biggest corruption scandal will come in light in few days as former prime minister sold precious Graff diamond necklace of worth Rs220 million after purchasing it in Rs20 million from country’s Toshakhana department.
The PML-N vice-president’s statement came at a time when PTI Chairman was marching towards Islamabad against alleged imported government.
Criticizing Imran Khan’s long march, Maryam Nawaz said that, he [Imran] has destroyed the country in every field including foreign affairs after being in the government for four years.
“In 4 years, how much the debts increased, the economy melted and the situation worsened due to inflation, this person should not said a single word but now he came out on the road with a Long March,” Maryam said.
She revealed that billions of nation’s tax are being spent for the protection of PTI’s Long March, which she alleged has no national objectives.
Referring to Imran Khan’s Regime Change allegations, Maryam Nawaz furthered that the narrative of the conspiracy which he fabricated became clear to the nation.
“The reason for the non-participation of the people in the long march was that the people saw his real face, the lies that were told came in front of all the nation,” she said.
Taking a direct jibe to Imran Khan’s political struggle of decades, she alleged that Imran Khan’s struggle started from Gen Musharraf to Gen Pasha’s slavery as Chaudhry Pvarvez Elahi said that establishment was changing his nappies.
Pointing to the much-awaited appointment of the military’s top position Maryam Nawaz cleared the air that prime minister Shehbaz Sharif will appoint the new Chief of the Army Staff (COAS) according to the constitution of Pakistan.
