MARDAN: A prisoner has committed suicide in the central jail of Mardan.

According to the details, Muhammad Islam hanged himself to the roof with the help of a cloth sheet. The deceased, Islam belonged to Mia Khan, an area in Mardan.

Moreover, Muhammad Islam had psychological problems and was jailed on the accusation of supplying drugs.  

The 35-year-old’s body was shifted to hospital to carry out postmortem.
