LAHORE: A person has claimed that National Hospital Lahore had declared his wife a coronavirus positive patient while she did not have the disease.
In a video that has gone viral on social media, the person identified as Faisal Azeem said that he was charged hefty amount of Rs90,000 for medicines for one day. He claimed that the hospital had charged him one million rupees for the treatment of his wife.

Faisal Azeem claimed that his wife had been falsely declared a coronavirus patient. He requested the chief justice and prime minister to take action against the authorities. He said it had been about 10 days since his wife was fighting death. He said the hospital and its doctors would be responsible if anything happened to his wife.
It is worth mentioning here that the man claiming all this seems to have close relation with influential political leader and Leader of Opposition in Punjab Assembly Hamza Shahbaz.
He threatened to immolate himself along with his children if anything happened to his wife because of negligence of the doctors.
Faisal claimed that there were numerous other patients who were being shifted to coronavirus ward while they did not have the disease.
