Madrassa teacher slaughtered by three women over alleged blasphemy

Dera Ismail Khan: Three women slaughtered a madrassa teacher for alleged blasphemy.
According to the DPO, the three women were told by their cousin a 13-year-old girl that she had dreamed that the victim had committed blasphemy and was ordered to be slaughtered, while three women accused of murder have been arrested.
The DPO said that the murder took place outside Jamia Islamia Falah Al-Banat in the early hours of the morning. When the police arrived at the scene, they found the victim covered in blood.
According to the FIR, sharp object was used to kill the victim while the suspects involved in the murder are aged 17, 21 and 24 years respectively. They allegedly killed a 21-year-old girl on charges of religious dissent and alleged blasphemy.
According to the DPO, a register containing the details of the dream has been recovered during the preliminary investigation.
Maulana Anwar-ul-Haq, Senior Vice President, Federation of Madaris-Al Arabia of Pakistan, Maulana Muhammad Hanif Jalandhari Head of Federation of Madaris and Maulana Hussain Ahmed, Provincial Head, condemned the incident and demanded an independent, fair and impartial investigation.
