LPG price upped by Rs5 a kilo

ISLAMABAD: The government on Friday increased liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) price by Rs5 a kilogram.

Price of cylinder for domestic use has stepped up by Rs60 and commercial cylinder by Rs200. After the latest surge, price of LPG has reached Rs125 a kilogram.

The LPG Distributors Association said the government should import 0.1 million metric ton LPG to meet demand of the country.
