Likes on stories will be private now, Instagram introduced new feature
The feature of story likes for users on social media platform Instagram has been changed.
A new feature called Private Story Likes has been announced in a video message released by Instagram.
According to the new feature, if you like someone’s story, the message will not go to their inbox.
Users will now be able to like stories by tapping, while likes can be viewed on the story with views, using the heart icon.
The likes on the stories will be private and their count will be unknown.
It should be noted that before this, if users liked or reacted to someone’s story, it would go to another user’s inbox in the form of a message.
