 Lightning kills two minors in Hangu

HANGU: Two children were killed after lightning struck them in Jadeed Banda area of Dawaba in Hangu on Friday night.

Police said five-year-old Qasim and three-year-old Nadia Bibi got stuck under the rubble of the house after the lightning hit house of late Abdul Qadir. Their dead bodies were recovered from the debris and buried after performing their funeral prayer.

Police said father of the kids had died few days ago after suffering from an illness. Mother of the kids is alive though.
